Just pick your favorite design or style, click “Add To Cart”, and follow the simple checkout steps. Once your order is confirmed, our team will start crafting it and notify you as soon as it’s on the way.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

All FEELAMGIFT products are made to order to ensure premium quality and reduce waste.

Processing time is 3–4 business days before shipment.
U.S. delivery typically takes 4–6 business days after shipment for Economy shipping.

Estimated total delivery time is approximately 7–10 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING.


Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
If your tracking number is still not active after this period, please contact us at support@feelamgift.com and we’ll assist you.

Most U.S. orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe.
If your order has not arrived after the estimated window, please email support@feelamgift.com and our team will investigate with the carrier.

Shipping delays caused by carriers do not qualify for refunds or order cancellations.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG OR A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email support@feelamgift.com within 30 days of delivery.Include your order number, clear photos of the item, and the shipping label.

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once production has begun.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins and cancellations may no longer be possible.

Refunds or replacements are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
